hollis l spring newborn & family portrait photographer

We spent an afternoon a few weeks ago meeting Mr. Hollis and celebrating his arrival with his parents! He is such a precious gift and we are so excited for you all to begin this special time together! He was so alert and made eye contact several times - this is definitely a rare occurrence but he wanted to make sure that he knew what was going on!  I loved watching this little guy grow in his mommy’s tummy via Facebook and it was so special to finally meet him!   Enjoy your sneak peek!

The theme of his nursery is airplanes so we couldn’t leave out this precious burp cloth!

He’s just hanging out.

A couple shots of his precious feet!  My favorite!

So loved already!

Corey had some fun with Zeus outside after we finished our session!  Such a smart boy!

We always enjoy our time with The Webster girls!!  This was by far one of our favorite sessions with them!  It has been such a blessing to be a part of their lives and watch them grow up into little girls.  We enjoyed a Sunday afternoon playing in the bluebonnets and chasing “Mr. Corey” around the park!  Enjoy your sneak peek!

Well we definitely picked the right weekend because we ventured out to the bluebonnets the following weekend and boy do they disappear quick! It is amazing how quickly they were trampled. They looked so sad! I’m glad that we got there when we did! This was a new type of session for us this year but we really enjoyed it! Once again, we love repeat clients! We photographed these sweet girls when Miss Addi was brand new and she is now 6 months old! It is incredible how quickly this precious time flies. Enjoy your sneak peek!

This is picture is not only proof that our sessions are not flawless but also evidence of what a sweet big sister Emmi is!

And the session just wouldn’t have been the same without tutus!!

We may or may not have given her a lollipop! ;)

Emmi is showing off her dancing skills! This is one of our favorites from this session!

We love how she is just relaxing in this bench!

Well I think that these photographs speak for themselves - someone is turning ONE!!  We had such a wonderful Friday afternoon playing with Lily in East Shore!  Her mom is definitely one of the most creative people I’ve ever met and she came up with all that you see with no help from me!  The last time we photographed Miss Lily she was only a few days old!  You can check out her newborn session here.  They just grow up so fast!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend!!

Well I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again - my babies aren’t here yet but I can say that I love this little guy as if he were my own!  I have treasured being a part of his life and watching him grow up into a little boy!  We had such a fun afternoon playing at the park and doing the things that he enjoys. This was one of my favorite sessions and not just because they are my favorite people!  It was a favorite because we just hung out and did some of his favorite things - played peek-a-boo, rode around in his wagon, and played at the park.  I am one lucky girl to call this my “job”!!  His first birthday is quickly approaching - oh how time flies!!   We love you Charley Jack!!

Poor Kirby felt a little left out. :)

double the news & double the fun!

Well most of you might have heard through the grapevine by now (or Facebook) that Corey and I are expecting twins!  We couldn’t be more excited!  We feel so blessed that God has trusted us with these angels and can’t wait to meet them!  Hazel and Delilah are quite thrilled as well!  We are due August 23rd but in actuality we will get to meet them between the last week in July and the second week in August!

I anticipate that I will need to rest quite a bit this summer and because of that we will be limiting our session availability.  I have had quite a few inquiries for spring availability so I have listed available dates and times below.  Please know that these are subject to change.

We are also hoping to set up a time to head to Brenham and offer mini-session in the bluebonnets!  We will post more information on those sessions in the coming month.

If you are interested in booking a session for this spring please contact us as soon as possible with the date and time of your choice.  Also, please note that our session fee has changed as well as our other pricing.

outten family | the woodlands child portrait photographer

Well I can’t believe it has already been 3 months since we photographed Mr. C as a newborn!   Pretty soon he’ll be crawling and then walking and then graduating from high school!  Ok, I’ll slow down… ;)

3 months can sometimes be considered an age to skip when photographing children because they aren’t quite yet mobile but I just love it!  Their personalities are beginning to develop and if you’re lucky then you get a few smiles!

My favorite part of this session (besides spending time with friends) was his outfit!  He wore it just for me (I’m convinced) because it had a little husky on the front of his overalls and his little socks even had huskies too!

On a business note, we’ve posted our 2010 pricing here on our blog as well our our website. For more pricing information please contact info@brittanilouise.com and we’d love to send you our detailed pricing guide! We’ll post later this month about available dates for spring sessions. If you already have a day in mind please let us know so that we can reserve your session!

I just wish this little guy would stop growing!! He just keeps getting bigger and bigger but it is so much fun! He is already 6 months - it is crazy how time flies and it is neat to have the opportunity to see his personality develop!

Love this little monster and maybe his parents a little! ;) Enjoy your sneak peek!

frink family | the woodlands family & child portrait photographer

This is such a fun family! I loved everything about this session…their personalities, their clothing choices, the location AND the fact that it was raining! Well drizzling…but we definitely made it work.

Mom likes to follow blogs…which I am a huge fan of…and that is how she found us! I have said before that I follow more than 150 blogs easily thanks to my trusty Google Reader. If you haven’t taken advantage of Google Reader please let me know and I would love to help you set it up!

Thank you guys for enduring the bum weather and I hope that you enjoy your sneak peek!

We were playing peek-a-boo!

I wonder what she is thinking…

I am working as fast as my little fingers will let me! If you are waiting on a sneak peek or proofs before the holidays I really appreciate your patience! I hope to have them all finished by the end of this week!

Another patient family is The Snortlands! I taught Beau last year and just love this family! They are too good looking for words and have a cute dog to top it all off! We hope that you enjoy your sneak peek!

When I look at these two I get sick to my stomach each time.. I mean that in the nicest way possible. Could they be any more gorgeous!?!

Does anyone notice anything about Tex’s collar? :)

Corey thinks that Jake resembles Colt McCoy in this photo. He says if he is as good of athlete as Colt, he hopes he comes to play for the good guys!  Gig’Em!
