Jack and Sophie are ONE! These two have been such a bright light to so many! We are excited to celebrate their first year of life!

This sweet family came into our life at the perfect time and have been such a blessing to us! We so enjoyed hanging out with them last Saturday to capture these photographs!

Her sweet smile is infectious.

I was so excited to photograph this sweet girl again! When we had our first session we had just met Mom & Dad because they were our new neighbors. Since then, they’ve become our great friends and buddies in Ironman adventures! Check out her newborn session here!

It has been such a treat and a blessing to watch this sweet girl grow up! She looks so much like her big brother to me!

She is so curious and FAST! I don’t remember the twins being that fast so young! I guess it’s part of having a SUPER fast Daddy!

Once again we’ve met such a sweet and loving family! We have the best job!! This little guy is 6 months old and was SO happy! We loved spending the afternoon with them!

Besides the fact that Dad asked us to take a few photos with Texas Longhorn paraphernalia we had a great time!

With Mother’s Day quickly approaching, I’ve gotten a little sentimental about taking photos of babies with their Mom’s at our sessions. They seem to turn out to be my favorites every time!

Mom & Dad have been together for 25 years – something I hope Corey and I can say one day! Their love for one another and for Jake is so evident in watching them interact!

I adore this “job”! Every time we have a session we have a new opportunity to make fast friends! This sweet family used to be our neighbors for years and we had no idea! We also have several mutual friends! Such a small world!

This little guy is 13 months old and just added to my list of reasons as to why this is my new favorite age! He was so happy!

He loved all things “Corey”!! I have to give Corey a round of applause because he is so helpful and does an incredible job of getting the kids to smile at all of our sessions!

I “saved their lives” too! On our way back to our cars a snake slithered right in front of us!! Corey said it wasn’t a poisonous snake but I don’t know how he could tell so fast!

This is my absolute favorite of the whole session and was totally impromptu! The best kind of photographs!

This family is very near and dear to our hearts. We photographed Lane when he was still in Mommy’s tummy and when he was a few days old! Since we last photographed their sweet family, Nick helped us to sell our first home and purchase our current home – he’s an A+ realtor!!

I missed this sweet little guy’s first birthday party because Cullen was very sick so Presley and Corey ventured out to celebrate but I didn’t get to take pictures of him closer to his birthday. He’s now about 15 months old and is growing into such a sweet little boy! It’s so sad and exciting all at the same time to watch our children make the transition from baby to toddler! They are learning so much and becoming so much more independent.

We had a great morning at Old Town Spring and enjoyed a fun lunch at Puffabelly’s – my personal favorite! I’ve loved teasing them with a few here and there on Facebook!

I’ve decided based on this session and the one I took this morning that this is my new favorite age to photograph!! They are so animated, fun to chase (not TOO fast yet) and still adore their Mommy and Daddy!

Gavin’s Mommy and I have been close friends since we were about six years old. We went to grade school, middle school, high school together and were even college roommates. We lived together right up until I married Corey! I am so excited to enter this new stage of life together and even more excited to have their sweet family back in Texas! I so loved meeting this sweet guy and I would do anything to steal some of his gorgeous hair for my three nuggets!

He has the sweetest disposition and his little cry melted my heart! I was in awe watching our sweet friends as they’ve become parents!!

He can find his thumb in a matter of seconds – such a talented little guy!

These next few photos are very special as Gavin’s Papa Joe (Alli’s Dad) passed away the day before he was born after a long battle with skin cancer. Part of growing up together is getting to know one another’s families and I adore Allison’s parents. My heart is broken for their sweet family. As a way to remember Papa Joe, we photographed Gavin with a few of Papa Joe’s favorite things – his boots, cowboy hat and belt.

It feels so good to finally get caught up and share all of these fun photographs that I’ve been hoarding! I still have a few more sessions to share so be sure to check back later this week!

We love it when clients come back! This sweet family has added another member since our first session and he was actually due the same day as the twins! It was so fun to keep up with one another’s pregnancies! We loved playing in the woods and I love incorporating things that the kids enjoy into our sessions – in this case it was children’s books! You can never go wrong with them!

It was almost time for this sweet little guy to celebrate his first birthday so we had fun capturing his sweet smile!

I was so surprised to get an email from Kim about doing a family session! She, Jason and I “grew up” together and I haven’t seen either of them since high school. I spent a lot of time as a kid with Jason’s younger sister and therefore at his house! It was great to reconnect and meet their sweet boys! We had a great time exploring Hermann Park and are looking forward to seeing them again!
