Off to wrap presents and finish cleaning before Stacy arrives!

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, I spent some time doing a mini-session with my newest sister! (We don’t say “in-law” in our family!) She wanted photos for her Christmas card so we went out back into a beautiful country setting and had a whole lot of fun! She had a wonderful stylist - aka Mom - and I had Corey as very helpful assistant. Also, it had been raining most of the day before so it was extremely muddy!

To get ready for Thanksgiving and into the holiday spirit I decided to learn how to bake gingerbread cookies! That is one of my favorite smells! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are getting into the holiday spirit!

Corey’s parents got a new dog about a month ago and we had a fun time in the front yard one afternoon with all of the Oliver dogs!  I just love capturing all of their funny expressions.  Enjoy!

A few weeks ago we met with The Kirklin’s.  We met a few years ago through Corey’s job and they asked us to come out to do a session for the holidays.  I just love fall so much and I really enjoyed our session together!

A few weeks ago I spent Sunday afternoon corralling animals…I mean taking my best friend’s family portraits! Our goal was to include all of the animals in the family portrait.  Although there were a few scars from the session, our time together was much enjoyed!  I also took a few of Kat when she wasn’t looking!

I apologize for the lack of posts this week!  I have so much to share with you all and such little time for posting.  Corey is home this week so we are able to do “normal” (whatever that is!) married things in the evening like cook dinner and relax!  I promise to post my last few sessions later this week so be sure to check back!
