I apologize for such a delay in my posts! Things have been a little crazy after we returned from Europe. I began my 4th year of teaching the day after our return and we were recently hit by Hurricane Ike as most of you know. My power was fortunately restored today and I will begin posting regularly again! I will back up a few weeks so that you can see what we’ve been up to!
